Cleaning
Use the included microfiber pouch to wipe the lenses clean, or a lens cleaner with a soft cloth. Household cleaners, paper towels and dry wiping will scratch the lens and can break down the coatings.
Coatings
The smudge and moisture-resistant coating is what keeps the lens clear of fingerprints and spray. Clean it gently and often, because once oils build up on the surface the coating stops working as well and smearing shows up more.
Polarized Lenses and Screens
Polarized lenses darken what you see and can make LCD and LED screens — a bike computer, a navigation display, a fuel pump — hard to read or completely unreadable. Plan for that before you rely on a screen while wearing them.
Glass Lenses
Glass lens options are more scratch-resistant but heavier and more rigid than standard lenses. Don't sit on them or flex the frame to store them, and don't assume the frame can take the same abuse as a lighter lens.
Nose Pads
Keep the nose pads clean, since skin oils build up quickly and reduce the grip. If the frame starts sliding, clean the pads before adjusting the temples, and replace the pads if they harden or tear.
Corewire Temples
Adjust the corewire temples gently and in small increments. Bending them sharply or repeatedly at the same spot will work-stress the wire and can eventually snap it.
Frame Storage
Store the frame in the microfiber pouch, and use the hard case where one is included. Avoid leaving the glasses on a car dashboard or in direct sun, since heat can warp the frame and degrade the lens coatings.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
