Cleaning
Rinse the lenses and frame with clean, lukewarm water to remove dust, salt, and grit before wiping. Dry gently with the included microfiber pouch or another clean, lint-free cloth. If needed, use mild, lotion-free soap and rinse thoroughly. Do not use paper towels, clothing, household cleaners, or solvents.
After Water Exposure
Rinse the sunglasses with fresh water after exposure to salt water, chlorine, sunscreen, or insect repellent. Allow salt and other residue to dissolve before wiping so it does not scratch the lenses, then dry the frame, hinges, and lenses completely.
Coating and Lens Care
Handle the sunglasses by the frame and avoid touching the lens surfaces. Keep hairspray and other chemicals away from the lenses. Although ChromaPop™ Glass lenses are highly scratch-resistant, they are not scratch-proof and should still be stored in a protective case.
Frame and Fit
Use both hands when putting on or removing the sunglasses to reduce uneven stress on the frame. Do not force the spring hinges beyond their natural range of motion. If the frame becomes loose or misaligned, have it adjusted by an optical professional.
Storage
Store the sunglasses in the included hard case when not in use and avoid resting them lens-side down. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high heat; never leave them on a vehicle dashboard or near another heat source.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
