Designed for those who embrace speed, the Payroll offers complete coverage for enduro, trail and E-MTB use, and the lightweight design is E-bike certified — tested at higher speeds than traditional bike helmet certifications. Zonal KOROYD and MIPS impact technology keep you covered so you can focus on the trail. The VaporFit system lets you adjust on the fly, with the MIPS layer integrated into the fit system for a snug, cohesive feel all day. Generous vents with internal air channels keep you cool on the climb and your lenses fog-free on the descent, while the three-position visor stows sunglasses or goggles between laps.

Cleaning
Hand wash the shell with lukewarm water and mild soap, and wipe the internal padding and straps with a damp cloth. Do not use solvents, bleach, or a machine wash — these degrade the shell, the skeletal structure and the MIPS padding.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature with the visor flipped up. Never use a dryer, radiator or direct sunlight, as heat warps the shell and compromises protection.
Padding and Liner
Remove washable pads and liners where fitted and hand wash separately. Do not compress or crush the EPS liner, and never store the helmet resting on its visor.
Odor Control Lining
The Ionic+ lining relies on moisture to activate — let it air out fully between rides rather than storing the helmet damp, which can encourage odor.
Fit System
Keep the VaporFit dial clear of grit, mud and ice, and wipe the dial housing after muddy rides so the mechanism keeps turning smoothly and the fit stays consistent.
Impact Replacement
Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even when no damage is visible, and always after a crash involving the head. E-bike use raises both speed and consequence.
Storage
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high heat. Use a helmet bag or a shelf away from heavy objects that could deform the shell.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
