Monroe Peak Sunglasses

Circa 1993, the Monroe Peak could be found ripping down moguls and cruising up mountains. This time around, they're all about the '90s nostalgia — from commute to campsite, beach day to road trip, they boost your view with color-enhancing ChromaPop lens technology. Distinctive side shields feature ChromaPop windows, so your view is always in panorama mode.

ChromaPop Side Shield Windows
The distinctive temple side shields carry their own ChromaPop window lenses, so the peripheral view is color-enhanced and glare-reduced rather than a raw open gap — your view stays in panorama mode.
ChromaPop Lens Options
Available options enhance contrast and natural color to make the details pop, so the view through the main lens is as sharp as the view through the side windows.
Carbonic Lens Option
Carbonic lenses offer impact resistance and clear optics for those who want the light, unmodified and true to life.
4-Base Flat Lens Curve
A 4-base curve is flatter than most performance eyewear and just right for everyday wear — a close-to-natural view with no heavy wrap pulling at the temples.
Anti-Reflective Coating
An anti-reflective coating improves clarity and reduces eye strain, cutting the glare that otherwise bounces back off the lens into your eyes.
100% UV Protection
Full ultraviolet blocking across every lens option, so you're covered on bright days and through long hours of exposure.
Goggle Inspired Strap Compatible Temples
The temple tips accept a goggle strap, so the glasses can be secured over a helmet or held in place when you need them to stay put.
Smudge and Moisture-Resistant Coating
The protective coating makes the lens easy to clean and keeps the optics clear through sweat, spray and daily handling.
Evolve Bio-Based Frame
A lightweight, durable bio-based frame material in a timeless '90s silhouette that works from the slopes to the shoreline.

Cleaning
Clean with the supplied fleece pouch and a lens-specific cleaner. Never use paper towel, a shirt hem, or household glass cleaner — particulates and solvents will scratch the coatings and haze the optics.
Side Shield Windows
The side shield windows are tinted lenses in their own right — clean both faces with a lens cleaner and a microfiber cloth, and never use solvents or abrasives on them, which will haze the tint and kill the ChromaPop contrast.
Anti-Reflective Coating
The anti-reflective coating is what keeps glare out of your eyes, and it is easily ruined by harsh cleaners. Stick to a lens-safe cleaner and a clean microfiber cloth to keep it performing.
Carbonic Lens Care
Carbonic lenses are impact resistant and crystal clear, and they show smudges and scratches more readily than a tinted lens. Clean them more often, and never use a shirt hem or paper towel on them.
Handling
Hold the frames by the temples rather than the lens surface. Fingerprints and skin oils are the fastest way to reduce clarity, so clean before wearing and avoid gripping the glass.
Strap Compatible Temples
If you run a goggle strap over these, check the temple tips for wear and fraying and keep the strap clear of the side shield windows, where a stretched strap can scratch the tint.
Tint and Light
UV protection applies to daylight exposure only. The clear Carbonic lens is the right choice for driving at night or in genuinely dark conditions, where a tinted lens reduces visibility.
Storage
Use the Archive Collection fleece pouch, and keep the frames out of direct sun and high heat, which can warp the shape and degrade the coatings.
