Pad Cleaning

Remove the cheek pads, liners, and neck rolls after each ride and wash them by hand in lukewarm water with mild soap. The anti-bacterial lining resists odor, but trapped sweat and salt still degrade foam over time if left in place.

Shell Cleaning

Wipe the shell with a damp cloth and mild soap after riding. Never use a dishwasher, bleach, solvents, or harsh chemical cleaners — these degrade KOROYD™ and can compromise impact protection.

Drying

Air dry all components at room temperature away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not use a hair dryer, radiator, or tumble dryer. Heat can warp the shell and damage the comfort liner and internal padding.

Storage

Store in the included bike helmet bag, in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Avoid leaving the helmet loose in a vehicle or on a dash — heat and UV degrade the shell and degrade the fit of the pad system.

After a Crash

Replace the helmet after any impact, even if the damage is not visible. KOROYD™ and the internal padding absorb energy by deforming, and that protection is permanently consumed by the hit.

Fit Check

Confirm the helmet sits level and secure on your head before every ride, and that the chin strap is fastened through the D-ring. A loose or tilted helmet compromises both fit and protection — recheck after swapping pad kits or liners.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
