Cleaning
Rinse with clean water and clean with a soft lens cloth and a lens-specific cleaner. Never use paper towel, a shirt hem, or household glass cleaner — particulates and solvents will scratch the coating and haze the optics.
Protective Coatings
The anti-reflective and smudge-resistant coatings are what keep the lens clear and reduce eye strain, and solvents or aggressive cleaners strip them. Stick to a lens-safe cleaner and a clean microfiber cloth.
Handling
Hold the frame by the temples rather than gripping the lenses or the brow, and never rest the front of the frame face-down on a surface. Both habits are the fastest way to scratch a lens.
Corewire Temples
Adjust the corewire temples gently and in small increments. Bending them sharply or repeatedly at the same spot will work-stress the wire and can eventually snap it.
Nose Pads
Keep the nose pads clean, since skin oils and sunscreen build up quickly and reduce the grip. If the frame starts sliding, clean the pads before adjusting the temples, and replace the pads if they harden or tear.
Polarized Lenses and Screens
Polarized options darken what you see and can make LCD and LED screens — a bike computer, a navigation display, a fuel pump — hard to read or completely unreadable. Plan for that before you rely on a screen while wearing them.
Storage
Store the sunglasses in the included microfiber bag, and keep them out of direct sun and hot vehicles, where heat can warp the frame and degrade the lens coatings.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
