What's Included

Microfiber bag
Cleaning
Clean with the supplied microfiber bag and a lens-specific cleaner. Never use paper towel, a shirt hem, or household glass cleaner — particulates and solvents will scratch the coating and haze the optics.
Caring for the Steel Frame
Stainless steel is durable, but sweat and salt are its enemies. Rinse the frame with fresh water after a day at the beach or a sweaty ride, and dry it with a soft cloth so it does not spot or dull at the hinges and nose pad mounts.
Silicone Nose Pads
Clean the pads with warm water and a drop of mild detergent, and dry them before refitting. Silicone pads yellow and harden with age and skin oils — when they do, replacements are inexpensive and will fix a frame that keeps sliding.
Adjusting the Fit
Adjust the pads gently a fraction at a time and check the frame still sits level. Over-tightening on metal can slowly pull the pad mount out of alignment, which is harder to correct than a slightly loose setting.
Handling
Hold the frames by the temples rather than the lens surface. Fingerprints and skin oils are the fastest way to reduce clarity, so clean before wearing and avoid gripping the lenses.
Storage
Store in the microfiber bag with the lenses facing inward and nothing resting against the surface, and keep the frames out of direct sun and high heat, which can degrade the coating and loosen the joints over time.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
