Hardline Mips

You don't need to be a World Cup downhiller to appreciate the Hardline. It's feature-packed and designed to inspire confidence for taking on rowdy lines with a full-speed-ahead attitude. The composite shell carries complete KOROYD coverage and a MIPS Safety System for maximum impact protection, and built into the bottom of the helmet is a collarbone impact protection zone to help mitigate the risk of helmet-to-collarbone contact in a crash. The quick-release cheek pad system is ready for use in case of an emergency, and the adjustable break-away visor locks in a high position for under-visor POV camera mounting.

Composite Shell
A rigid composite shell takes the hits that matter on rowdy lines, while keeping the helmet's structure strong where it counts.
Complete KOROYD Coverage
Lightweight, energy-absorbing and ventilated impact protection wrapped around the shell for maximum coverage.
MIPS Safety System
Helps reduce rotational forces caused by angled impacts to the head.
Collarbone Impact Protection Zone
Built into the bottom of the helmet, dispersing force on impact to help reduce collarbone injuries from the edge of a helmet.
Quick-Release Cheek Pad System
Cheek pads release quickly and are ready for use in case of an emergency — so a trained responder can get the helmet off fast.
Comprehensive Washable Pad Kit
Two washable cheek pad kits, two crown liners and two neck rolls let you fine-tune the fit to your head and the conditions.
D-Ring Chin Strap Fastener
A D-ring fastener gives a snug, secure fit you can adjust precisely, and release quickly if it needs to come off in an emergency.
Adjustable Break-Away Visor
The visor adjusts through its range and locks in a high position for under-visor POV camera mounting.
Goggle Integration
Designed around compatible performance goggles for maximum comfort, venting and storage convenience, with AirEvac ventilation pulling air through the lens to keep goggles fog-free.
Iconic+ Anti-Bacterial Lining
An anti-bacterial performance lining resists odor through long days in the sun and a full season of sweat.

Know Your Quick-Release
The cheek pads release fast for emergency access, and the D-ring chin strap comes off without tools. Before your first descent, practice both with the helmet off so you're not working it out for the first time in a crash.
Cleaning
Hand wash the shell with lukewarm water and mild soap, and wipe the internal padding with a damp cloth. Do not use solvents, bleach, or a machine wash — these degrade the shell, the composite structure and the MIPS padding.
Washable Pad Kit
The cheek pad kits, crown liners and neck rolls are all washable. Hand wash them separately in cool water with mild detergent and dry them flat so they keep their shape and loft.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat and sunlight. Never use a dryer, radiator, or direct sun, as heat warps the shell and compromises protection.
Visor and Camera Mount
Check the visor pivot and break-away mechanism for wear or cracking between rides, and make sure the camera mount hardware is seated properly. Confirm the visor locks in the high position before relying on it for POV footage.
Lining
Let the lining air out fully between rides rather than storing the helmet damp, which encourages odor. Wash the Iconic+ lining by hand on the same cycle as the pad kit.
Impact Replacement
Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even when no damage is visible, and always after a crash involving the head. Downhill riding raises the severity of the consequences — treat any impact as a replacement, not a repair.
Storage
This is a heavy helmet — store it on a shelf rather than hanging it, and keep it out of direct sunlight and high heat. A hot vehicle can degrade the composite shell and the padding.
