Whether you're skiing or mountaineering, the Embark holds up to harsh, ever-changing conditions while giving you a contrast-boosting view of every crevasse, wind drift and terrain feature. ChromaPop delivers color and contrast-boosting performance across the full range of the lens, so you always have the best possible view. Removable, ventilated side shields add peripheral light coverage, and a goggle-inspired retainer strap keeps everything in place through technical ascents and high-speed descents.

ChromaPop Glacier Photochromic
The tint adapts to match the light conditions with less sensitivity to temperature changes, while full ChromaPop contrast and color enhancement hold throughout the entire tint range rather than fading as the lens darkens.

A polarized alternative for conditions where cutting glare off snow and ice matters more than adaptive tint.
Removable Ventilated Side Shields
Soft TPU side shields block peripheral light that sneaks in from the sides, and vent to keep them from fogging — remove them entirely when the light closes in.

Microfiber bag and hard case
Cleaning
Clean with a clean microfiber cloth and a lens-specific cleaner. Never use paper towel, a shirt hem, or household glass cleaner — particulates and solvents will scratch the coating and haze the optics, and can degrade the anti-fog and hydroleophobic layers.
Side Shield Care
The TPU side shields are soft and can flex, but they can also stretch out of shape. Remove them by the tabs rather than pulling on the shield itself, and keep the ventilation slots clear of packed snow and ice.
Clearing Snow and Ice
After a storm, clear snow from the frame and side shields with a soft brush and lukewarm water — never scrape a frozen lens or shield with a metal edge, and never use hot water, which can craze the coating and deform the frame.
Photochromic Transition
Glacier Photochromic lenses darken with UV exposure and lighten as the light drops, and the change is less temperature-driven than a standard photochromic. Expect the tint to still take a minute or two to settle after a big change in light.
Polarized Lenses and Screens
On the polarized option, remember that polarized lenses darken many LCD and LED displays — a phone, GPS or watch screen can go hard to read or appear blank. Check your devices before committing to the polarized lens for a whole alpine day.
Retainer Strap
Check the strap and its attachment points for wear and fraying, and keep the strap clear of ice that could creep into the hinge mechanism.
Storage
Use the supplied hard case and microfiber bag, with the lenses facing inward and the side shields removed or protected so they don't deform in the case. Store away from direct sun and high heat — a parked car on a glacier road is hot enough to warp a frame and degrade the lens.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
