Dispatch Mips

Made for the daily commute and urban E-bike rides, the Dispatch sets you up for comfort and increased visibility as you negotiate traffic. E-bike certified, it pairs zonal KOROYD with MIPS for enhanced impact protection, while the VaporFit system lets you fine-tune the fit with the turn of a dial. An integrated, rechargeable rear LED boosts visibility day and night — and the Fidlock strap buckle makes for easy one-hand operation while you manage your pack or panniers with the other.

Integrated Rechargeable LED
A removable, rechargeable rear light with red LEDs boosts your visibility to drivers day and night, without a separate accessory to mount, carry or remember to charge.
E-Bike Certified
Tested to the NTA-8776 E-Bike standard, which evaluates helmets at higher impact speeds than conventional bicycle helmet certification.
Zonal KOROYD Coverage
Lightweight, energy-absorbing and ventilated impact protection placed in key zones around the head.
MIPS Brain Protection System
Helps reduce rotational forces caused by angled impacts to the head.
Fidlock One-Hand Strap Buckle
The Fidlock buckle operates one-handed, so you can fasten or loosen the helmet while carrying a pack, holding panniers, or gripping handlebars.
VaporFit Dial Adjustment
270 degrees of fit adjustment from a single dial turn, letting you dial the helmet in precisely on the move.
AirEvac Ventilation
Integrates with compatible performance eyewear to keep lenses fog-free when you slow down in traffic or pick up speed.
8 Fixed Vents
A venting pattern tuned for stop-start urban riding, moving air through the shell without the bulk of trail-spec ventilation.
Ionic+ Antimicrobial Lining
Sweat-activated odor control in the contact lining, useful when a commute leaves you sitting still in warm gear.
Fixed Microbrim Visor
A low-profile fixed brim shades the eyes from sun and rain without the weight of an adjustable visor.
Low-Bulk Single-Layer Webbing
A single strap layer keeps the profile clean and layers easily under a collar or hood.

What's Included

Rear Light
Rechargeable, detachable
Charging Cable
Micro USB
Storage
Helmet bag
Charging the Rear Light
Charge the integrated light with the included micro USB cable before first use and on a regular basis — a flat battery means no visibility boost in exactly the low-light conditions you bought it for. Detach it from the helmet before washing.
Cleaning
Hand wash the shell with lukewarm water and mild soap, and wipe the internal padding and straps with a damp cloth. Do not use solvents, bleach, or a machine wash — these degrade the shell, the MIPS padding and the light housing.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat and sunlight. Never use a dryer or radiator, as heat warps the shell and compromises protection.
Fidlock Buckle
Rinse the buckle with clean water if grit builds up around the mechanism, then dry it fully before use. A sticky buckle is usually dirt, not damage — don't force it or apply grease, which attracts more grit.
Fit System
Keep the VaporFit dial clear of grit, mud and ice, and wipe the dial housing after wet rides so the mechanism keeps turning smoothly and the fit stays consistent.
Padding and Liner
Remove washable pads and liners where fitted and hand wash separately. Do not compress or crush the EPS liner, and never store the helmet resting on its shell.
Impact Replacement
Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even when no damage is visible, and always after a crash involving the head — especially relevant in urban traffic, where replacement costs are the real barrier to wearing one.
Storage
Use the included helmet bag to keep the shell and microbrim protected in a pack or locker. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high heat.
