Cleaning
Rinse with clean water and clean with a soft lens cloth and a lens-specific cleaner. Never use paper towel, a shirt hem, or household glass cleaner — particulates and solvents will scratch the lens and haze the optics.
Handling a Rimless Frame
With no frame rim around the lens, there is nothing to protect the edge from a knock, so handle these by the temples and store them in the pouch. If the lens does take a knock, check it for crazing or a star crack before wearing it again.
Photochromic Transition
Photochromic lenses take a minute or two to shift as light changes, and they darken less inside a tinted vehicle or a shaded shelter. They also react to temperature, so a lens that stays lighter than expected may simply be sitting in the cold.
Adjustable Nose Pads
Adjust the nose pads gently and in small increments. Over-tightening a pad on a rimless frame puts uneven load on the lens mount, and forcing one can loosen the hardware over time.
Nose Pad Grip
Keep the nose pads clean, since skin oils build up quickly and reduce the grip. If the frame starts sliding, clean the pads before adjusting the fit, and replace the pads if they harden or tear.
AutoLock Hinges
Rinse grit out of the hinges with fresh water, and work the temple gently a few times to flush anything caught in the joint. Do not force a stiff hinge — let the water do the work first.
Storage
Store the sunglasses in the included microfiber pouch, and keep them out of direct sun and hot vehicles, where heat can warp the frame and degrade the lens coatings.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
