Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and like colors — preserves the ActiveTemp™ treatment, UPF coating, and jacquard knit pattern.
Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry
Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry away from direct sunlight — high heat degrades the ActiveTemp™ treatment and UPF coating.
Do Not Bleach or Fabric Softener
Avoid chlorine bleach (degrades fleece and UPF coating) and liquid fabric softener (leaves residue that reduces breathability and wicking).
Do Not Iron or Dry Clean
Skip the iron — the fleece is naturally wrinkle-resistant. Dry cleaning solvents strip the ActiveTemp™ treatment and UPF finish.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
