Riptide Sunglasses

There's a time and a place to sweat the details. Designing the Riptide, we did just that. These sunglasses are a classic, with bio-based frames and spring hinges that expand the fit at the temples. The extra flex is not only more comfortable, but feels snug through runs and bike rides. They come in two lens options, each with glare-cutting polarization — ChromaPop™ lenses boost detail, color, and clarity, while ChromaPop™ Glass adds high scratch resistance.

Spring Hinge Temple Expansion
Spring hinges expand the fit at the temples for extra flex that is more comfortable while still feeling snug — the detail that holds up through runs and long rides instead of pinching by the finish line.
ChromaPop™ Lens Options
ChromaPop™ lenses enhance contrast and natural color to make the details pop, bringing out depth and texture that flat, untinted lenses wash out — offered in glass or carbonic constructions.
ChromaPop™ Glass Polarized
ChromaPop™ Glass polarized lenses cut glare and enhance color and contrast while being highly scratch-resistant — the durability pick for beach days, dusty trails, and repeated gear-bag contact.
ChromaPop™ Glass PolarChromic™
ChromaPop™ Glass PolarChromic™ lenses combine the glare-free benefits of advanced polarization with UV-sensitive, self-tint adjustment, so the lens adapts to changing light and you always have the right tint.
6-Base Modest Wraparound
A 6-base lens curvature provides a modest wraparound fit — peripheral light coverage without the heavy visual distortion of a steeper wrap, so the world looks natural while glare stays out.
Evolve™ Bio-Based Frame
Evolve™ bio-based frame material is lightweight and durable, with a lower environmental footprint than conventional plastics and a classic silhouette that suits any face.
Megol™ Temple & Nose Pads
Megol™ nose and temple pads provide non-slip grip so the glasses stay put on sweaty runs, hot bike rides, and long days without sliding or needing adjustment.
Protective Coatings
Smudge and moisture resistant coatings keep optics clear through sweat and handling, and an anti-reflective coating improves clarity while reducing eye strain.

What's Included

Case
Hard case (included with glass lens options)
Bag
Microfiber bag
Lens Cleaning
Clean with the included microfiber bag and a small amount of water or lens cleaner. Never use paper towels, a shirt hem, or household cleaners — grit and fabric fibers scratch the lens coatings and permanently degrade optical clarity.
Frame Care
Rinse sweat and grime off the frame and megol pads regularly with fresh water. Dry with a soft cloth before storing, and take care to keep oily hands off the lens coatings.
Storage
Store in the hard case (glass lens options) or the microfiber bag, in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Never leave the glasses loose on a dashboard or in a hot vehicle — heat warps the bio-based frame and can damage the lenses.
Polarized & PolarChromic Lens Care
Place polarized lenses face-down on a clean, soft surface when not in use to prevent scratches against the frame or case lining. PolarChromic lenses darken with UV exposure and will not activate behind a windshield — allow them to clear in shade and store them clear so they aren't stuck dark.
Handling
Use the temples, not the lenses, when handling. Avoid gripping the spring hinge temples near the pivot when cleaning, where force transfers directly to the mechanism.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
