FlexVent™ Suspension System
Certified by the American Chiropractic Association — the suspension system is built around a flexible yoke, articulated shoulder straps, a rounded back panel, comfortable stitch lines, and soft-touch chemise fabric against the body. The flex moves with you instead of against you, and the lumbar vent keeps the small of the back from getting damp on warm commutes. Designed for all-day wear without the sore-back-and-sweaty-shirt tradeoff of a stiffer pack.
16" Laptop Sleeve
Large, zippered main compartment with a padded 16" laptop sleeve — dedicated, suspended, and secure. The padding protects the screen and corners from the books, water bottles, and lunch sitting next to it in the main compartment. Sized for the larger modern laptops without forcing the bag to be a tank. Doubles as a hydration sleeve for the occasional trail day.
Front Organization Pocket
Large, zippered front pocket with an internal, secure-zip mesh pocket and other mesh pockets for organizing smaller items — pens, cables, calculator, passport, the keys to the car. Stops the bag from becoming a black hole where everything but what you need is on the bottom. The mesh lets you see what's in each pocket at a glance, and the secure-zip closure keeps the contents from spilling out if the bag tips over.
Vertical Front Pocket
Vertical secure-zip pocket on the front panel for easy access to smaller items — phone, transit card, the library card you keep forgetting. The vertical orientation keeps the pocket flat against the body and easy to reach without taking the bag off, while the secure-zip closure keeps the contents from falling out when you sit down or lean forward.
Dual Water Bottle Pockets
Two water bottle pockets, each with an additional stretch-mesh pocket on the outside — the inner pocket holds a full 32 oz bottle deep enough to keep it from falling out on the walk, and the outer stretch-mesh pocket adds quick-draw storage for a phone, a snack, or a damp layer. Both pockets are slim enough to disappear when empty and deep enough to ride a long walk without spilling.
Padded Top Grab Handle
Padded top grab handle for grab-and-go carry — easier than fishing for a shoulder strap when setting the bag down in a locker, on a hook, or in the overhead bin on a flight. The padding keeps the hand comfortable when the bag is fully loaded, and the handle is reinforced at the stitching to handle the weight of a full day's worth of textbooks.
Adjustable Sternum Strap
Adjustable sternum strap keeps the shoulder straps from sliding outward on technical terrain or a long hike. Slides up or down the shoulder straps to position at the chest height that's most comfortable, and tightens the load against the body so the bag doesn't sway when walking fast or running for the bus. Fully removable when the bag is being used for casual day-to-day carry.
Reflective Details
Reflective details on the front, sides, and shoulder straps — keep the wearer seen on early-morning walks, dusk commutes, and bike rides home after sunset. Subtle enough to disappear in daylight, bright enough to catch headlights at night. A small safety detail that earns its place on a daily-driver bag.

Spot Clean
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For scuffs on the 600D body, use a soft brush and a mild detergent solution, then wipe with a clean damp cloth. The DWR finish, the boot panel, and the laptop sleeve are all designed to be wiped down — there's no need to launder the bag the way you would a soft duffel.
Hand Wash
For deeper cleaning, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. The machine agitation will damage the FlexVent back panel, the DWR finish, the carbonate PU boot coating, and the YKK-equivalent zippers. The bag is built like a technical pack, not like a soft tote, and should be cleaned like one.
Air Dry
Air dry completely with all compartments unzipped and open. Hang it on a hook or stand it upright on a flat surface. Do not put in the dryer. Do not iron. High heat delaminates the 600D ripstop PU backing, warps the back panel, and degrades the DWR finish. The bag can take a day to fully dry when the interior is soaked — plan accordingly after a rainstorm.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep buckles, straps, and zippers unbuckled/unzipped to avoid stress on the webbing and stitching. Hang the bag on a hook by the top grab handle, or stand it upright on the reinforced boot. Avoid leaving heavy textbooks in the bag during long-term storage — they can deform the back panel over time.
Zipper Care
Lubricate the main compartment zipper, the front pocket zippers, and the vertical front pocket zipper periodically with a silicone-based zipper lubricant. Avoid getting sand, salt, or grit in the teeth. If a zipper sticks, work it open and closed gently rather than forcing it. The zippers are repairable if treated kindly.
Restore DWR
When the 600D recycled polyester body starts to absorb water instead of repelling it, re-treat with a spray-on DWR designed for technical outerwear. Reactivating the finish every 6-12 months keeps the bag performing like new and protects the laptop on rainy commutes. The non-PFC finish means standard household waterproofing sprays work — no need for a fluorocarbon-based product.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
