The unisex K2 Sidecar Binding utilizes the tech of our adult bindings but in a grom-friendly flex to deliver a supportive, durable, and stylish kids binding that's the perfect companion on their snowboarding journey. Performs best in combination with the K2 Sidecar snowboard and K2 Sidecar boot.

ProFusion™ Chassis
The nylon ProFusion™ Chassis is time-tested and supremely durable — the same proven platform K2 uses on its adult bindings, scaled down for youth. Uses 3° of canting to increase balance and complement your grom's natural riding position, reducing fatigue and helping them stay centered on the board through turns and presses.
Adjustable Power Ramp
The Power Ramp slides forward and back to match any snowboard boot outsole — a key feature for grom bindings since kids grow fast and the boot size changes year to year. Customizes the fit and fine-tunes the board's response by centering the boot over the mounting disc for optimal power transfer.
Tweakback™ Highback
K2's Tweakback™ Highback finds the perfect balance — flexible enough for tweaking grabs and pressing in the park, but supportive enough for high-speed turns through pow or on groomers. Forward lean is easily adjusted with the flip of a lever, so the binding can grow with the rider as their style develops from beginner to advanced.
Bender™ 3D Ankle Strap
The lightweight Bender™ 3D Ankle Strap hugs the foot securely while allowing enough flex to lean into nose presses and butter maneuvers. The 3D-shaped EVA padding distributes pressure evenly across the ankle — no hot spots, no pinch points — and the lightweight construction keeps the binding nimble for smaller riders.
PerfectFit™ Toe Strap
K2's PerfectFit™ Toe Strap enables riders to precisely fit any snowboard boot shape without sacrificing performance. The strap sits flat over the toe box or can be used as a traditional toe cap, depending on boot shape — a versatile design that works with the wide variety of youth boot profiles on the market.
Grom-Friendly Flex
Built with a softer flex pattern than adult K2 bindings to match smaller, lighter riders. The softer flex makes the binding more forgiving for learning new techniques, easier to control at slower speeds, and less fatiguing on all-day sessions.

Cleaning
Wipe the chassis, highback, and straps with a damp cloth after riding to remove snow, ice, salt, and dirt. Avoid harsh cleaners that can degrade the nylon chassis or the EVA strap padding. Allow to dry fully before storing.
Storage
Store bindings in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Loosen the straps between sessions to prevent the ratchet ladders from deforming over time. A gear bag or board bag with a bindings-up compartment is ideal for transport.
Strap Maintenance
Periodically check the ankle and toe strap padding for compression wear — youth bindings see a lot of use as kids grow. The Bender™ 3D and PerfectFit™ straps are replaceable through K2's parts program if the padding gets too compressed or the ladders wear out.
Mounting
Mounts to all standard snowboard mounting systems (4x4, 2x4, Channel). Use the included universal disc and standard 4 x M6 screws (sold separately or included with most bindings). Have a certified tech mount the bindings to ensure proper stance width, angles, and centering.
Sizing Check
Before each season, check that the binding fits the current boot — the toe and heel should not hang over the highback or chassis edges. Use the adjustable Power Ramp to fine-tune centering. If the boot is too large for the binding, it's time to size up.
