Binding Care
Wipe down the Sonic's baseplate, highback, and straps with a damp cloth after each day of riding to remove snow, ice, and debris. Keep the ratchets and ladders clear of snow for smooth operation. The ProFusion Chassis and AT PC Highback are designed to handle years of hard use with minimal maintenance.
Strap and Ratchet Care
The Sonic's P.I. 3D EVA ankle strap and Perfect Fit toe strap are designed for durability and easy use — but inspect them periodically for wear. Keep the ratchets and ladders clear of snow and ice for smooth operation. The ladder straps can be replaced if they become worn or frayed. The toolless design makes field adjustments and minor repairs easy without carrying a tool.
Disc and Mounting Hardware
Check the mounting hardware (disc screws, baseplate screws) periodically to ensure they're tight. The Sonic's mounting disc is compatible with 4x4, 2x4, and Channel mounting systems (with appropriate inserts). The toolless design philosophy means most adjustments can be made by hand, but the initial mounting to the board requires a screwdriver.
Storage
Store the Sonic in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid leaving the bindings in direct sunlight for extended periods — UV exposure can degrade the plastics and straps over time. Keep the bindings in a bag or on a rack to protect them from dust and damage. If storing for an extended period, loosen the straps to prevent compression damage.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Returns & Exchanges:
If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
