360 BOA® Fit System
360 BOA fit system wraps the entire head with a single dial adjustment at the back of the helmet. Micro-adjustable on the fly with a gloved hand — loosen for the bootpack, tighten before dropping into a line.
In-Mold Construction
In-mold construction fuses the polycarbonate outer shell directly to the EPS impact-absorbing liner for a lighter, lower-profile helmet. Less bulk on your head, less swing weight when turning.
Passive Channel Venting
Passive Channel venting provides continuous airflow without adjustable vents that can freeze shut in cold or wet conditions. The channels route air through the helmet for natural cooling on the skintrack.
Integrated Headlamp Clips
Integrated headlamp clips on the front of the helmet secure a headlamp strap for pre-dawn starts, late finishes, and overnight bivy sessions. Removable for resort-only use.

Liner Care
Remove the comfort liner and ear pads periodically for hand-washing with mild soap and lukewarm water. Air-dry completely before reinstalling — never machine wash or tumble dry. A clean liner keeps the helmet fresh and prevents bacteria buildup.
Shell Cleaning
Wipe the outer shell with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt, salt, and grime. Avoid harsh solvents, petroleum-based cleaners, and abrasive scrubbing pads that can damage the in-mold finish.
Storage
Store the helmet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. High heat (car trunks, garage storage) can degrade the EPS foam and compromise impact protection. Use the included soft pouch for transport.
Replacement Schedule
Replace your helmet immediately after any significant impact — the EPS foam is single-use and absorbs energy by crushing. K2 and most safety organizations recommend replacing helmets every 3-5 years even without impacts, as the foam and plastic degrade with UV exposure and normal use.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.

Measure your head circumference just above the ears and across the forehead with a soft tape measure. The Route runs in S, M, and L/XL to cover the full adult men's size range from US 6 3/8 to 7 7/8. The 360 BOA fit system wraps the entire head for micro-adjustable pressure, so you can dial in the exact fit over a thin beanie on cold days or bare-headed on summer trail rides.

Removable Goggle Clip
Removable rear goggle clip secures the goggle strap to keep goggles in place on climbs, rappels, and tomahawks. Compatible with all standard goggle strap widths. Removable for helmet-only wear.
Snow + Bike Certified
