Drying
Remove liners after each use and air dry at room temperature away from direct heat. Buckles should be stored open or loosely closed to allow airflow and prevent shell deformation.
Shell Cleaning
Wipe the shell with a damp cloth to remove dirt and salt. Use a mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh solvents that can damage the shell material or BOA components.
Liner Care
Remove liners periodically for full air-drying. Replace liners when they no longer hold their shape or insulation properties.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a boot bag for transport and storage. Buckles and BOA dials should be left loose during long-term storage.

"Dialed-in fit at every flex level" — the Recon X 110 BOA is the second-softest flex in the X lineup, built for advancing skiers "in a flex that rewards progression." 13 sizes cover US men's 6–12 (mondopoint 24.5–30.5). "Pick your flex, not your budget" — the X lineup delivers the same dialed BOA fit across all flex levels, so you choose the stiffness that matches your style.

🔩
BOA® Fit System
"BOA®Fit Sytem precision" — the BOA dial closure system delivers micro-adjustable, even pressure distribution across the instep and forefoot. "Quick, easy, accurate fit every time" — the BOA system is more consistent than traditional buckles and won't loosen during a long ski day. Steel lace, polymer guides, and a polymer dial for long-term durability.
110 Flex (Progression-Friendly)
"In a flex that rewards progression" — the 110 flex is the second-softest in the Recon X lineup, making it the sweet spot for advancing skiers who want the X platform's fit and tech but don't need the aggressive 120 or 130 flex. Stiff enough for intermediate-to-advanced skiers to push, forgiving enough to not punish developing technique.
X Lineup Consistency
"The same fit and BOA®Fit Sytem precision as the stiffer models" — the X lineup delivers the same fit system, construction, and component approach across all flex levels (100, 110, 120, 130). The only difference is the flex rating. "So you choose the stiffness that matches your style—not the one that matches your wallet."
Rewards Progression
"A flex that rewards progression" — the 110 flex is forgiving enough to help developing skiers build technique, but stiff enough to give confident skiers the support they need to push their limits. The medium-stiff flex hits the sweet spot for skiers who are past the basics but not yet charging at expert levels.
Heat-Moldable Liner
The Recon X 110 BOA comes with a heat-moldable liner that can be customized by a certified bootfitter using a boot oven. The molding process softens the liner foam temporarily so it conforms to your foot shape, then sets as it cools. The result is a custom fit without the cost of a fully custom boot.
Focus on the Skiing
"So you can focus on the skiing" — the BOA fit system is quick to adjust on the chairlift, easy to use with gloves, and reliable in all conditions. The micro-adjustable dial means you can fine-tune your fit on the fly without taking off the boot — more time skiing, less time fiddling with buckles.
Pick Your Flex, Not Your Budget
"Pick your flex, not your budget" — the Recon X lineup is designed around the principle that flex should be a style choice, not a budget constraint. All X boots use the same components and construction; the only difference is the flex rating. Pick the 110 if you want a progression-friendly flex.
Three-Terrain Versatility
Best for: Powder, Piste, Speed — the Recon X 110 BOA is built for advancing skiers who want a boot that handles every condition. "Quick, easy, accurate fit every time" means more time skiing groomers, soft snow, and high-speed lines — and less time fiddling with buckles.
