Built-In Audio Kit
Pre-installed audio kit with a low-profile speaker that easily connects to your mobile device. The on-cord remote puts talk and tunes right at your fingertips — no aftermarket speaker install, no shaved foam pads, no zip ties.
Optional MIPS Liner
Available with a MIPS liner for increased protection against rotational forces — the low-friction layer allows the helmet to slide relative to the head during the critical first 10mm of angled impacts.
Hybrid Construction
This unique construction features the best of both In-Mold and Hard-Shell builds. The primary In-Mold construction keeps it light, while the secondary Hard-Shell upper adds durability where it counts and resists dings from sticks, rails, and chairlift racks.
Active Matrix Venting
User-regulated Active Matrix vents let you dial in airflow on the climb or close vents for storm days — the system pulls air through the helmet and over the goggle area to fight fog and overheating.

Liner Cleaning
Remove the ear pads and neck roll and hand-wash the liner with mild soap and warm water. Air dry completely before reinstalling — trapped moisture causes odor and breaks down the EPS foam over time.
Shell Cleaning
Wipe the outer shell with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid solvents, petroleum-based cleaners, and aerosol sprays — they degrade the polycarbonate shell and can attack any integrated tech layer.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. UV and trunk heat degrade the shell glue and EPS over a season or two. A helmet bag protects the finish.
Replacement
Replace the helmet after any significant impact — even impacts that don't show visible damage can compress the EPS. Most manufacturers, K2 included, recommend replacement after 3-5 years of regular use even without a crash.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.

If you're between sizes, the Phase's BOA 360° fit system lets you dial in micro-adjustments for a secure, pressure-free fit. The low-profile shell sits close to the head for a clean, under-the-radar silhouette that won't interfere with goggle fit.

MIPS-Equipped Protection
The Phase Pro is available with an optional MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) liner that reduces rotational forces on the brain during angled impacts. The low-friction layer lets the helmet slide 10-15mm on impact, redirecting energy away from the head for measurable safety gains over standard EPS-only construction.
In-Mold Shell Construction
Polycarbonate outer shell fused directly to an EPS impact-absorbing liner for a lighter, lower-profile helmet than traditional hard-shell builds. Less bulk on your head, less swing weight when turning, and the in-mold bond distributes impact forces more evenly across the entire helmet surface.
Active Matrix Ventilation
Perfectly placed Active Matrix vents let you regulate airflow with one-finger control on the go. Open the vents for spring shredding and boot-pack ascents, close them for storm days when you want to keep heat in. Tunable climate control without stopping to adjust layers.
BOA 360° Fit System
The BOA 360° fit system wraps the entire head with a single dial adjustment at the back of the helmet. Micro-adjustable on the fly with a gloved hand — loosen for the chairlift, tighten before dropping into a line. Even pressure distribution eliminates hot spots on long days.
Removable Comfort Liner
Fully removable, washable comfort liner lets you pull the interior out for cleaning after a sweaty spring session or muddy fall day. Quick-dry fabric wicks moisture away from the head and dries overnight in a dry boot bag or near (not on) a heat source.
Audio-Ready Ear Pads
Drop-in compatible with most aftermarket helmet audio systems (Outdoor Tech, Smith, Bern, etc.) for music, calls, or comms on the mountain. Removable ear pads stay warm in deep cold and can be pulled out on bluebird spring days when you want to hear the trees dropping snow.
Goggle Clip
Integrated rear goggle clip secures the goggle strap to keep your goggles in place on crashes, rails, and tomahawks. Compatible with all standard goggle strap widths. Frees you from constantly pushing your goggles back up after every run.
Subtle Contouring
