Store the Courier in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — UV exposure degrades the biax fiberglass layup and dries out the Aspen core over time. For off-season, keep the board in a board bag or padded case to protect the base and edges from impact. Avoid stacking heavy objects on the board, which can compress the core and cause pressure dents that affect flex and response.
Base Care
Wax the base every 5-10 days of use to maintain glide, especially during spring when the snow is wet and sticky. The Courier's extruded base holds wax well — a hot scrape and brush after each wax will keep the base fast and the structure sharp. For storage, apply a storage wax layer (thick coat, don't scrape) to protect the base from oxidation during the off-season.
Edge Care
Check edges for dings and burrs after riding icy or rocky terrain. A quick file with a diamond stone takes care of burrs; major dings should be filed flat by a ski tech. The Courier's Catch-Free Tune means the contact points are slightly rounded, which reduces edge catches but also means the effective edge length is slightly shorter than a full-square tune — keep this in mind if you ever have the board re-tunded.
Binding Care
The Courier uses a standard 4x4 insert pattern, compatible with all major binding brands. When mounting bindings, follow the binding manufacturer's recommended stance width and setback for your boot size. Re-torque mounting screws at the start of each season and after any major impact. For new riders, a local shop can set up the bindings with proper stance width and angles based on your height, weight, and riding style.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
