Washing
Close the center zip fully before washing. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Do not bleach. Do not use fabric softener — it coats the HEATSEEKER™ PRO fibers and the DWR finish, reducing both loft and water repellency.
Drying
Tumble dry LOW with 2–3 clean tennis balls to restore HEATSEEKER™ PRO loft. Multiple low-heat cycles (1-2 hours) are normal for synthetic insulation — must dry completely inside and out to prevent mildew and preserve insulating power.
DWR Refresh
When water stops beading on the shell, reproof with a spray-on DWR treatment (such as Nikwax TX Direct Spray-On) to restore water repellency without soaking the HEATSEEKER™ PRO fill.
Stain Care
Pre-treat food, mud, and grass stains with a dab of liquid detergent before washing. Kids' sleeping bags see heavy use — treat stains promptly for best results.
Field Care
Air out the bag during multi-day trips (10-15 min in the sun while packing camp) to release moisture and body oils. Keeps the bag fresher between full washes.
Storage
Store uncompressed in a cool, dry place — never in its stuff sack for the off-season. Hanging on a wide hanger or storing loosely folded preserves HEATSEEKER™ PRO loft and prevents clumping. Ensure fully dry before storing.
Zipper Care
The full-length center zip is designed for side sleepers — keep it clean of debris and lubricate periodically with a silicone-based lubricant. Teach kids to zip up slowly to avoid pinching the bag fabric.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
