Cleaning
Remove loose dirt with a soft brush. Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh detergents or bleach. Do not machine wash — this can delaminate the TPU reinforcements, deform the EVA midsole, and damage the SURFACE CTRL™ outsole compound.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight. Remove the insole and loosen the laces to allow airflow. Stuff loosely with paper to maintain shape. Heat can warp the EVA midsole and damage the anti-abrasion ripstop upper.
Outsole Care
Clear mud, trail grit, and small stones from the 5 mm SURFACE CTRL™ lugs with a stiff brush after each run to preserve traction. Inspect the forefoot rubber wrap periodically for wear or cuts — it protects the toe cap area on rocky terrain.
Insole
Pull the insole out periodically to air dry and to clear debris that collects underneath. Replace the insole when cushioning is compressed if you run or hike frequently.
Lacing & Tongue
The padded tongue with integrated wings is tuned for a lockdown fit — don’t over-tighten the laces or the wings will press uncomfortably against the ankle. Untie fully each time you remove the shoes to avoid stress on the upper and eyelets.
Toe Cap & Heel Cup
The reinforced molded toe cap and no-slip heel cup are built to handle rock and root strikes. Inspect after hard use for cracks or splits, especially around the toe-cap edge. Do not force the shoe into a tight pack — the molded heel counter can crack under extreme compression.
Reflective Logo
The lateral reflective logo is printed or bonded onto the upper. Avoid harsh abrasion against rocks or velcro, which can wear through the reflective layer. The logo is for low-light visibility, not high-intensity reflectivity.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Loosely lace or stuff with paper to hold the upper shape. Avoid prolonged compression in a tightly packed bag.

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
