Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Spot-clean stains rather than soaking the whole pack. Do not machine wash — it can damage zippers, fabric coatings, and structural seams.
Drying
Air dry fully with the main compartment open, out of direct sunlight. Never put a wet pack away — trapped moisture causes mildew and odor.
DWR Refresh
When the shell stops beading water, reproof with a spray-on DWR treatment (such as Nikwax TX Direct Spray-On) to restore water repellency.
Hardware
Periodically check zippers, buckles, and straps for wear. Rinse sand or grit out of zippers with fresh water.
Storage
Store open or loosely buckled in a cool, dry place. Avoid long-term compression.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
