Sizing Note
An easy fit that’s true to size
Washing
Machine wash cold with like colors. Turn the tee inside out before washing to protect the water-based graphics and embroidery on the outside.
Detergent
Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach, chlorine, peroxide, and fabric softener — these break down the cotton fibers and degrade the water-based inks used on the front and back logos.
Drying
Tumble dry low or, ideally, hang or lay flat to dry. Skip high heat — it shrinks 100% cotton and can cause the water-based print to crack or lift. Remove promptly from the dryer to minimize ironing.
Ironing
Iron on low heat, inside out, with a press cloth over the graphic and embroidery if ironing directly. Do not iron directly on the water-based print — direct high heat can melt or distort the ink.
Storage
Fold flat in a dry drawer or hang on a wide hanger. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight — UV fades water-based inks and the cotton fabric over time.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
