Washing
Machine wash cold with similar colors on a gentle cycle. Use mild detergent. Turn the tee inside out to protect the embroidered logo and the ribbed collar.
Drying
Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Remove promptly to minimize wrinkling and reduce wear on the ribbed collar.
Ironing
Iron on low to medium heat if needed. Do not iron directly on the embroidered logo; iron around it or place a pressing cloth over the embroidery.
End-of-Life Recycling
Designed for circularity — when the tee is worn out, return it through the take-back program (where available) to be disassembled and recycled into raw materials for the next generation of products.
Storage
Fold and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Hanging relaxed-fit tees can stretch the shoulders over time.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
