Body fabric made with 94% recycled nylon — a quick-dry, lightweight, hard-wearing build that diverts plastic waste from landfill while delivering the trail-ready toughness summer demands.
Encased Elastic Waistband
Encased-elastic waistband with an internal drawcord dials the fit from relaxed to secure — pulls in tight for high-output movement, loosens off for the porch-sit afternoon without taking the shorts off.
Center-Back Gear Loop
Gear loop at center back waistband clips a chalk bag, carabiner, towel, or set of keys within reach — a small detail that keeps the small stuff off the ground and out of the sand.
Open Hand Pockets

Washing
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Use a mesh laundry bag to protect the embroidered logo and the secure-zip back pocket hardware from abrasion against rougher fabrics in the load.
Detergent
Skip bleach, fabric softeners, and optical brighteners — they coat the recycled nylon fibers, degrade the FLASHDRY-XD™ moisture management, and reduce the effectiveness of the non-PFC DWR finish.
Drying
Tumble dry low or hang dry. Heat from the dryer reactivates the non-PFC DWR finish on the nylon body — air drying alone won't fully restore water repellency over time. Remove promptly to minimize wrinkles.
DWR Refresh
When water stops beading on the recycled nylon body, refresh the non-PFC DWR finish with a spray-on treatment designed for technical fabrics to restore water repellency without clogging the FLASHDRY-XD™ finish.
Post-Swim Care
After lake, river, or ocean wear, rinse the shorts with fresh water to remove chlorine or salt before tossing in the wash — salt and chlorine break down the elastane stretch and degrade the DWR finish over time.
Storage
Store folded or hung in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Avoid hanging by the waistband for long periods, which can stretch the encased elastic over time.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
