Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap for everyday dirt and alpine grime.

Hand wash in cold water with a gentle technical wash for deeper cleaning — avoid harsh detergents that can degrade the DWR finish.

Air dry completely out of direct sunlight before storing — UV degrades face fabric and elastic over time.

Re-treat the DWR finish periodically with a spray-on or wash-in restorer to keep water beading on the surface.

Avoid machine washing or tumble drying — the agitation and heat can damage the suspension, daisy chain, and bartack stitching.

Store uncompressed or loosely hung to preserve the suspension foam shape and prevent permanent creasing in the back panel.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
