Washing

Machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle. Zip the center front fully before washing to protect the chin guard and the slider teeth, and turn the layer inside-out to preserve the heat-transfer logos.

Detergent

Skip bleach, fabric softeners, and optical brighteners — they coat the recycled polyester fibers, reduce the grid-mesh fleece's wicking ability, and degrade the elastane stretch over time.

Drying

Tumble dry low or hang dry. High heat can pill the grid-mesh fleece and shrink the elastane blend. Remove promptly from the dryer and hang on a hanger to minimize wrinkles and keep the silhouette dialed in.

Pilling Prevention

Wash inside-out with other smooth-faced technical pieces to reduce abrasion on the fleece face. Avoid washing with Velcro®, rough denim, or backpacks with hook-and-loop, which pull at the grid surface and cause pilling over time.

Storage
