LIGHTRANGE™ is a fabric-level finish that combines three benefits: UPF sun protection, anti-odor technology, and moisture management — sun-ready performance in a single finish that holds up through long hot days.
FLASHDRY™ Moisture Management
FLASHDRY™ materials offer enhanced moisture management to keep you comfortable as the sweat picks up — pulling moisture off the forehead and drying fast between efforts.
Non-PFC DWR Finish
Non-PFC durable water-repellent finish beads light rain and sweat off the crown panels — the hat doesn't soak through during a sudden summer shower or a high-output effort.
Recycled Polyester Body
Front-panel fabric made with 76% recycled polyester; lining made with 94% recycled polyester — a high-recycled-content build that diverts plastic waste without sacrificing performance.
Dissolvable Mesh Back
Dissolvable mesh back panels keep the crown ventilated on hot days — open airflow through the back of the head where heat builds up fastest under a cap.

Sweatband
52% nylon, 37% recycled polyester, 11% elastane
Washing
Hand wash cold with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze out water without wringing, which can deform the brim and distort the deep-fit crown.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature. Reshape the brim and crown while damp. Avoid machine drying, which can shrink the elastane in the sweatband and damage the LIGHTRANGE™ UPF + anti-odor finish.
Sweat & Salt
After sweaty summer runs or saltwater beach days, rinse the sweatband with cool water to prevent salt buildup that can degrade the elastane over time and cause odor retention in the LIGHTRANGE™ finish.
Brim Care
Reshape the brim by hand after washing and before storing. Avoid folding the brim in half for extended periods, which can leave a permanent crease that ruins the silhouette.
Storage
Store flat or on a hat form in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. UV exposure degrades the non-PFC DWR finish, the LIGHTRANGE™ UPF protection, and the reflective heat transfer logo over time.

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
