Materials

Body
86% recycled polyester, 14% elastane with FLASHDRY™
Sweatband
52% nylon, 37% recycled polyester, 11% elastane with FLASHDRY PRO™
Washing
Hand wash cold with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze out water without wringing, which can deform the unstructured front panels and the stitchless brim.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature. Reshape the brim and unstructured crown while damp. Avoid machine drying, which can shrink the elastane and damage the FLASHDRY™ and FLASHDRY PRO™ moisture-management finishes.
Sweat & Salt
After sweaty summer runs or saltwater beach days, rinse the sweatband with cool water to prevent salt buildup that can degrade the elastane over time and cause odor retention.
Hardware
Wipe the soft-touch matte buckle and the herringbone-webbing closure with a damp cloth to keep them clean. Avoid pulling the strap too tight — over-tensioning stretches the webbing and the back of the hat over time.
Storage
Store flat or on a hat form in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Because the front panels are unstructured, the hat can be packed flat in a suitcase or duffel without damage — a travel-friendly everyday hat.

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
