The slim-fit Men's Summit Series FUTUREFLEECE™ LT ½-Zip features a low-pile version of our full-loop fabric technology that helps minimize weight and optimize body temperature. It's designed to be worn over a base layer or under whatever insulation the mission calls for. Under-pack comfort is also prioritized with flat-locked stitching and no shoulder seams.

Slim Fit

Slim, athletic cut layers cleanly under a shell or hardshell jacket without bunching, and slides right over a lightweight base layer without feeling bulky on the move.

FUTUREFLEECE™ LT Fabric

FUTUREFLEECE™ LT features a lower-pile full-loop construction with octa-yarns, delivering an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio that traps heat without piling on grams.

Center Front ½-Zip

Reverse-coil #3 center front half zip lets you dump heat fast on steep skin tracks or seal in warmth at rest stops, with a clean profile that won't chafe under a pack strap.

No Shoulder Seams

No shoulder seams means no chafe points under pack straps or harness webbing — added comfort and reduced bulk for long days carrying weight.

Raglan Sleeves & Underarm Gussets

Raglan sleeves paired with stretch underarm gussets give the arms full range of motion for reaching, poling, and scrambling without the hem riding up.

Flat-Locked Seams

Flat-locked stitching in key zones sits flush against the skin, eliminating the rub and irritation that traditional seams cause on multi-day objectives.

Thumb-Loop Cuffs

Washing

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Use a technical garment wash — avoid fabric softeners, bleach, and enzyme detergents, which can break down the octa-yarns and degrade the FUTUREFLEECE™ LT loop construction.

Drying

Tumble dry low or hang dry. High heat can shrink the polyester and damage the elastic cuffs and hem. Remove promptly from the dryer to minimize wrinkling and preserve the fabric's loft.

Zipper Care

Zip the center front half zip fully before washing to protect the teeth and the slider. Periodically run a graphite pencil tip along the zipper teeth if the pull starts to feel sticky or rough.

Pilling Prevention

Wash inside-out with other smooth-faced technical pieces to reduce abrasion on the loop construction. Avoid washing with Velcro®, coarse packs, or rough shells that can pull at the low-pile surface.

Storage

Store folded or hanging in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Avoid compressing the FUTUREFLEECE™ LT for long periods, which can reduce its loft and the warmth-to-weight ratio it was built to deliver.
