The Men's Rolling Sun Packable Shorts deliver the performance features you need — moisture-wicking FLASHDRY™ and a non-PFC DWR water-repellent finish — in a packable format that stows in its own thigh pocket. From a full day of travel to a humid summer hike, these are the shorts that disappear in your pack when you don't need them and perform when you do.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild technical wash — close the secure-zip thigh pocket and secure the hook-and-loop back pocket before tossing them in.
Turn the shorts inside-out before washing to protect the 153 g/m² dobby face fabric, the heat transfer logo on the left thigh, and the elastic recovery of the 11% elastane.
Wash with similar colors. Avoid washing with heavily soiled items or items with hook-and-loop closures that can snag the dobby face.
Tumble dry on low heat or hang to air dry. FLASHDRY™ moisture-wicking performance is built into the fiber structure and won't wash or wear out — no special re-treatment needed. The dobby fabric is engineered to dry quickly on a line or rack.
Avoid high heat, which can damage the 11% elastane fibers and reduce the stretch recovery of the shorts over time.
Do not bleach, do not use fabric softener, and do not use dryer sheets — all three can coat the 89% recycled polyester + 11% elastane blend and degrade the FLASHDRY™ moisture-wicking performance, the non-PFC DWR finish, and the stretch recovery.
Do not iron directly on the heat transfer logo. If pressing is needed, use a low-heat iron with a pressing cloth between the iron and the logo.
Do not dry clean — solvents can damage the heat transfer logo and the FLASHDRY™ finish on the recycled polyester fabric.
Remove the shorts from the dryer promptly to minimize wrinkles and preserve the elastic recovery in the waistband.
Stuff the shorts back into the secure-zip thigh pocket for storage — keeps them ready to grab for travel or quick-pack days.
Store folded in a cool, dry area. Avoid hanging on thin clip hangers long-term, which can stretch the waistband out of shape.
