Lightweight, warm, and made from 100% recycled fabric, the Men's Glacier Fleece ¼-Zip Jacket is a layerable classic that easily takes you from town to trail. As one of the Circular Design styles, it's built to be more easily broken down and turned into new gear at the end of its usable life.

Circular Design: thoughtfully designed to be disassembled and recycled by TNF at the end of its life into raw materials for a second generation of products — reduces end-of-use waste and supports closed-loop manufacturing instead of landfill disposal.
100% Recycled Polyester
Body fabric made with recycled polyester and pocket lining made with recycled polyester — keeps plastic waste out of landfills and reduces the environmental footprint compared to virgin polyester fleece.
Reverse-Coil Quarter Zip
Reverse-coil center front quarter zip with cord puller — easy to operate with one hand or while wearing gloves, and the quarter-zip design allows quick venting without fully removing the layer.
Reinforced Mechanical-Stretch Binding
Reinforced mechanical-stretch binding on the collar, cuffs, and hem for added comfort and durability — holds the silhouette in place while stretching with movement, plus adds reinforcement at the highest-wear edges.
Embroidered Logos
Embroidered logo on left chest and back-right shoulder — clean, durable branding that won't peel or fade like printed graphics, holds up through years of wear and washing.
Versatile Town-to-Trail Layering

Washing
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Use a mild technical or recycled-fabric-friendly detergent — avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh stain removers, which can degrade the recycled polyester fibers and the mechanical-stretch binding over time.
Drying
Tumble dry low or hang dry. Fleece dries quickly on the line — air drying extends the life of the mechanical-stretch binding on the collar, cuffs, and hem, and preserves the loft of the 165 g/m² fleece pile.
Avoid
Skip fabric softeners — they coat the recycled polyester fibers and reduce the fleece's natural moisture-wicking and quick-drying performance. Don't iron the embroidered logos directly.
Pilling Care
Recycled polyester fleece can pill with heavy use — remove pills with a fabric shaver or sweater comb periodically to maintain appearance and performance. Avoid rubbing against rough pack-strap contact points or Velcro.
End-of-Life (Circular Design)
As a Circular Design style, this jacket is designed to be returned to TNF for disassembly and recycling at the end of its usable life. Don't landfill it — check the TNF website for take-back program details in your region.
Storage
Store folded in a drawer or hang on a wide hanger to maintain the shoulder shape. The lightweight 240g fleece doesn't need compression storage. Keep clean before storing long-term to prevent body oils and odors from setting into the fleece pile.

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
