The cut moves with the body through a long day of errands, a coffee shop sit, or a lazy Sunday at home. Sized to be lived in, not sized to be dressed up.
Circular Design
Thoughtfully designed to be disassembled and recycled back into raw materials for a second generation of products at the end of the garment's life. The construction uses single-material panels and easily separated components that can be re-spun without the typical blended-fabric complications. A long-sleeve tee that closes its own loop, instead of becoming tomorrow's textile waste.
Climate Conscious Cotton
Solid body fabric made with 100% Climate Conscious Cotton from farmers using agricultural practices that help build soil carbon. Cotton grown in a way that pulls carbon out of the atmosphere and stores it in the soil — the tee is part of the carbon cycle, not just a consumer of it. Soft hand, mid-weight feel, and a much smaller footprint than conventional cotton.
Recycled Polyester in Heather Variants
Heather body fabric pairs Climate Conscious Cotton with 15% recycled polyester for a heathered look and improved durability. The recycled polyester comes from post-consumer plastic that would otherwise be in a landfill. The blend holds its shape better than 100% cotton, dries faster after a wash, and adds subtle texture to the surface of the fabric.
Rib on Collar & Cuffs
Rib knit on the collar and cuffs — the rib holds the shape of the neckline and the cuffs through repeat wash cycles, lays flat without rolling, and adds a tailored finish to a relaxed silhouette. The rib is built from the same Climate Conscious Cotton as the body (heavier 240 g/m² rib for a more substantial trim), so the collar and cuffs stretch and recover with the rest of the tee instead of becoming stretched-out rings after a season of wear. The cuff rib is what makes the long sleeves feel finished rather than flopping open.
Screen-Printed Chest Logo
Screen-printed logo on the left chest — tonal ink that adds a small, unfussy brand mark without the weight or stiffness of an embroidered patch. The screen print sits flat on the surface of the cotton and is sized to be visible from a parent's-eye view without being loud. The chest placement keeps the logo visible without competing with the larger back graphic.
Box NSE Back Graphic
Box logo graphic on the back — the heritage NSE (Never Stop Exploring) mark in a box frame, sized to be the visual identity of the tee from behind. The box graphic is the loud branding move; the small chest logo is the secondary mark. The two placements together are the visual identity of the Evolution line: minimal in front, signature in back. Machine Wash Inside Out
Machine wash cold with like colors. Use a mild detergent. Turn the tee inside out to protect the screen-printed chest logo and the box graphic on the back, and to reduce pilling on the body fabric. Wash with similar fabrics to avoid pilling from rougher materials like denim or canvas. Cold water preserves the cotton fibers, prevents shrinking, and uses less energy than a warm cycle.
Tumble Dry Low
Tumble dry on low heat, or lay flat to dry. Remove from the dryer promptly to minimize wrinkles. High heat will shrink the cotton, weaken the rib collar and cuffs, and degrade the screen prints. Low heat or line drying extends the life of the tee and the graphics significantly. The 160 g/m² body is light enough to dry quickly even on a low-heat cycle.
Iron
Iron on low heat if needed. Avoid ironing directly over the screen-printed chest logo or the box graphic on the back — use a pressing cloth or iron the tee inside out. High heat on a screen print can melt or distort the ink and cause it to crack or peel over time. The mid-weight cotton rarely needs ironing if the tee is removed from the dryer promptly and folded.
Do Not Bleach
Do not use chlorine bleach or fabric softener. Bleach breaks down cotton fibers, fades the screen prints, and degrades the recycled polyester. Fabric softener coats the cotton fibers with a film that reduces breathability and absorbs moisture less effectively. A mild detergent and a proper wash cycle handle odor and stains without either chemical.
Storage
Fold and store in a cool, dry place. Hang on a wide wooden or padded hanger if hanging, to avoid stretching the rib collar or distorting the shoulder seams. A standard wire hanger can leave pointed shoulder bumps on a regular-fit tee — folding is usually the better call. Keep the tee away from direct sunlight in storage to prevent the screen prints from fading over time.
Recycling at End of Life
When the tee reaches the end of its wearable life, return it through the brand's take-back program to be disassembled and recycled back into raw materials for a second generation of products. The Circular Design construction is what makes that possible — 100% single-fiber cotton panels and easily separated components that can be re-spun without the typical blended-fabric complications. The 100% cotton build is what makes the recycling clean and efficient.
