Cleaning
Spot clean the 300D recycled polyester body with a damp cloth and mild soap. Empty all pockets before cleaning and remove the laptop sleeve contents. For a deeper clean, hand wash in cool water with a gentle technical cleaner — avoid machine washing, which can damage the TPU coating, deform the back panel, and stress the zippers beyond daily-commute use.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature with the main compartment fully open and all pockets unzipped. Don't use a dryer or direct heat, which can warp the back panel and degrade the TPU coating on the body fabric.
Laptop Sleeve Care
Wipe the fleece-lined laptop sleeve interior with a dry cloth occasionally to keep it free of crumbs, pens, and small debris. The fleece lining protects your laptop from scratches but won't protect against liquid spills — keep liquids in the side water bottle pockets, not in the main compartment.
Zipper Maintenance
Wipe all zippers with a dry cloth occasionally to keep them operating smoothly. If a zipper sticks, gently work it back and forth — never force it, which can bend the slider. The top-lid, main compartment, and laptop sleeve zippers all need the same gentle treatment.
Reflective Detail Care
Don't use harsh chemical cleaners on the reflective details — they can strip the reflective coating. Mild soap and water is enough for spot cleaning around the reflective trim.
Storage
Empty the pack completely between trips and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Hang by the top grab handle or stand upright to maintain the back panel shape. Don't store with food wrappers, gym clothes, or sticky residue left inside.

Returns & Exchanges:
If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
