Cleaning
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For stubborn marks, use a soft brush on the ripstop body. Avoid machine washing, which can damage the PU coating, the non-PFC DWR finish, and the internal organization.
Drying
Air dry only at room temperature with the tote unzipped and open. Avoid machine drying and direct heat sources, which can warp the laptop sleeve padding and degrade the ripstop coating.
DWR Refresh
When water no longer beads on the ripstop body, refresh the non-PFC DWR finish with a spray-on treatment designed for technical fabrics to restore water repellency.
Hardware
Wipe YKK® zippers with a dry cloth periodically to keep them running smoothly. If a zipper sticks, gently work it back and forth — never force it, which can bend the slider.
Storage
Store empty in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent fading and to preserve the PU coating and DWR finish. Keep the tote standing upright or laid flat — avoid crushing it under heavy items.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
