With the added grip from the pins riders can pedal and descend with a more locked-in feel than ever Asymmetric pedal platform follows the anatomical shape of a foot—wider at the front than the back—giving maximum support pin contact and grip. This platform shape also offers slightly better clearance and a better chance of deflecting off ground objects Simple well-proven internal architecture (with a bushing on the inboard side and bearing on the outboard side) means Turbine eliminates the bearing bump usually found next to the crank threads.
