Vests · Synthetic Insulation

We built the Nano Puff® Vest for climbers who needed a weather-resistant, lightweight and packable synthetic insulation layer that could stay warm even when wet and withstand seasons of use. Ever since, those same features have made it the uncontested favorite midlayer for just about any outdoor pursuit. With fit refinements for improved mobility, 60-g PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco 100% postconsumer recycled polyester with P.U.R.E.™ (Produced Using Reduced Emissions) technology, and a 100% recycled polyester shell and lining. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.

Lightweight 100% recycled polyester ripstop shell has a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS to shed light moisture
PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco 100% postconsumer recycled polyester with P.U.R.E.™ (Produced Using Reduced Emissions) technology provides excellent warmth for its weight and stays warm when wet
Brick quilting pattern and horizontal quilted side panels with tough, abrasion-resistant thread stabilize insulation for greater durability as an outer layer and for low-profile, low-bulk layering under shells
Improved shoulder and armhole fit provide greater mobility and comfort; a slightly reshaped fit and a longer body length offers easier layering
Center-front zipper has a wicking interior storm flap and a zipper garage at the chin for next-to-skin comfort
Two zippered handwarmer pockets have cleanly finished zipper garages; an internal zippered chest pocket doubles as a stuffsack, with a reinforced carabiner clip-in loop; drawcord-adjustable drop-tail hem seals in warmth
Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory, which means the people who made this product earned a premium for their labor

Passion drives us

At SpokeX Bike Co., bikes aren't just our business — they’re our way of life. As a rider-owned and operated shop, every decision we make comes from firsthand experience on the trail, at the race, and on the open road. We know what it’s like to chase a new line, push through the pain cave, and celebrate the ride — because we live it every day.
