Cleaning
Wipe the blade and carbon fiber handle with a soft, dry cloth after each use. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly — especially the pivot area and lock interfaces. The carbon fiber handle is durable but the matte finish can show oils and fingerprints; a microfiber cloth works well for keeping it clean.
Lubrication
Apply a small drop of light machine oil or knife-specific lubricant (such as Benchmade's BlueLube) to the AXIS lock bar interfaces and pivot every few months — or after cleaning. The thicker blade and hard-use positioning of the Mini Adamas mean regular lubrication helps maintain the smooth action under demanding conditions.
Sharpening
The Mini Adamas is covered by Benchmade's LifeSharp program: free lifetime professional sharpening, cleaning, oiling, and re-calibration. Send or visit any authorized Benchmade dealer. For home maintenance, use quality diamond or ceramic stones at the manufacturer's recommended angle; the thick blade profile is more forgiving during sharpening than thinner folders.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry environment. The Mini Adamas ships with a reversible deep-carry clip — remove the clip before long-term storage if you want to preserve spring tension. Avoid leather sheaths for long-term storage in humid climates (leather retains moisture).

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 3-10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
