The S-Works Tarmac Carbon Post is specifically designed for the 2021 Tarmac SL7 — it's not a universal seatpost. The aero profile, Di2 integration, and head geometry are all tuned for the SL7 frame. If you need a replacement for a Tarmac SL7, this is the correct part. For other frames, look to the Roval Alpinist or Control SL seatposts which are universal fit.
Di2 Integration — Clean Electronic Shifting
The Di2 junction box hides inside the seatpost — this is a significant aesthetic and aerodynamic improvement over external junction boxes. The cable routing inside the frame exits into the seatpost at the head, and the junction box sits in a cavity within the post. If you're running Shimano Di2 on your SL7, this keeps everything clean and internal.
0mm vs. 20mm Setback — How to Choose
