0mm vs. 20mm Rise — How to Choose
The 0mm rise is for riders running a low, aggressive XC position — minimal stack height, more forward over the bars. The 20mm rise is for riders who want a slightly more upright position — common on longer-travel XC bikes or riders who prefer less strain on their back and shoulders.
