Men’s Aconcagua 3 Vest
Men’s Aconcagua 3 Vest
Outerwear · Insulated Vest / Cold-Weather

We created a cold-weather workhorse. The Men's Aconcagua 3 Vest delivers core warmth from first frost to spring thaw. Its recycled body fabric is lined with a combination of down and synthetic insulation for targeted warmth without the bulk. This is the layer to keep you going when the temperature drops.

WINDWALL™ wind-resistant shell
50D x 50D recycled polyester shell blocks wind and breathes well for active layering in cold conditions.
50/50 down + synthetic insulation blend
Main body insulated with a balanced mix of 600 fill recycled waterfowl down and recycled polyester — warmth without bulk, loft that holds up over time.
Zoned sheet insulation
Top panel, side panel, and draft flap use 90% recycled polyester sheet insulation to retain warmth even in wet conditions where down loses loft.
Non-PFC DWR water repellency
Durable water-repellent finish sheds light precipitation and resists daily wear.
Chin guard + draft flap
Exposed center front zip is paired with an internal draft flap and chin guard to seal in warmth and prevent zipper pinch.
Secure-zip handwarmer pockets
Zippered hand pockets keep essentials secure and warm during cold-weather wear.
Recycled body fabric
Shell and insulation use recycled materials for a lower-impact cold-weather layer.
Regular fit
Standard cut layers easily over a baselayer or under a shell without binding.

Cleaning
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a down-specific detergent. Close all zippers and secure flaps before washing.
Drying
Tumble dry low with two or three clean tennis balls or dryer balls to restore down loft. Allow 2–3 full cycles to fully dry — damp down clumps and loses insulating power.
Storage
Store clean and dry, loosely folded or hanging, in a cool place. Avoid long-term compression in stuff sacks — it reduces down loft over time.
What to avoid
Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean. Avoid fabric softener — it coats the down fibers and reduces loft.

Passion drives us

At SpokeX Bike Co., bikes aren't just our business — they’re our way of life. As a rider-owned and operated shop, every decision we make comes from firsthand experience on the trail, at the race, and on the open road. We know what it’s like to chase a new line, push through the pain cave, and celebrate the ride — because we live it every day.
