Washing
Machine wash on a gentle cycle in warm or cool water. Turn socks inside out before washing to protect the outer knit and help release body soil from the cushion. Avoid fabric softener, which coats Merino fibers and reduces moisture-wicking performance — important on long ski days where sweat sits in the boot.
Drying
Tumble dry low. Heat helps the Merino fibers re-loft and restores cushion volume. High heat can shrink the sock and damage the elastane recovery — keep the setting low and remove promptly.
Bleach & Iron
Do not bleach. Do not iron. Bleach breaks down Merino wool fibers and destroys the elastane; iron heat can scorch the knit and flatten the cushion loft that protects the foot in a ski boot.
Dry Cleaning
Do not dry clean. The harsh solvents used in commercial dry cleaning strip the natural lanolin from Merino wool and degrade the nylon/elastane construction — both of which are core to the sock’s performance.
Storage
Store paired and unfolded in a dry space between ski seasons. Merino’s natural odor resistance means you can wear the same pair across multiple days of a ski trip without daily washing — useful for heli trips, cat skiing, and multi-day hut-to-hut tours.

Returns & Exchanges:
If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
