Everyday Cozy Slipper Socks

Half slipper. Half sock. Always warm and cozy. Our Everyday Cozy Slipper Socks is our ultimate lounging sock. With built-in grippers on the sole help prevent slipping, this is the Merino comfort you'll be wearing all winter.

Half Slipper, Half Sock — The Hybrid Design
Half slipper, half sock, always warm and cozy — the slipper-sock hybrid combines the sock's Merino warmth and sock-on-foot fit with the slipper's gripper sole and around-the-house protection. Worn instead of slippers on hardwood floors, in a chilly home office, or while stepping out to grab the mail, the slipper-sock gives the warmth of Merino against the foot without the bulk and the structured footbed of a real slipper. The hybrid design is the right tool for indoor lounging where bare feet are too cold but a full slipper is too much.
Built-In Grippers On Sole
Built-in grippers on the sole help prevent slipping — the silicone or rubber gripper pattern is applied to the sole of the sock to provide traction on hardwood floors, tile, laminate, and smooth indoor surfaces. The grippers matter most in a winter household where socks alone are slippery on finished floors (the kind of slip that ends with a bruise and a sore tailbone), and they eliminate the need for slippers when the goal is just warm, comfortable, traction-secure feet around the house.
Chunky Yarn Loft & Comfort
Chunky sock yarns add loft and comfort — the thick, plush yarn construction creates a lofted, cushioned sock that traps warm air around the foot and feels substantial underfoot. The chunky yarn is the right weight for indoor lounging (warmer than a standard crew sock, lighter than a hiking-boot sock), and the loft holds its shape through repeated wear and washing without matting down.
62% Merino Wool — The Cozy Merino Foundation
62% Merino Wool delivers the natural temperature regulation and odor resistance that make Merino the cozy foundation of the slipper-sock — the wool keeps the foot warm in a chilly house without the overheat a synthetic-only sock would develop under a blanket, and the natural odor resistance means the same slipper-sock covers multiple wear days between washes. Combined with 37% Recycled Nylon for durability and 1% Elastane for shape recovery, the fabric balances the cozy loft with the everyday durability a winter-wear sock needs.
Recycled Nylon — Lower-Impact Durability
37% Recycled Nylon delivers the durability and abrasion resistance a winter-wear slipper-sock needs without the reliance on virgin nylon. The recycled nylon content handles the friction of indoor walking on hard floors, the repeated wear of an every-winter-day slipper-sock, and the abrasion of sliding across hardwood or carpet without the material footprint of virgin nylon.
Ultimate Lounging Sock
Our ultimate lounging sock — built for the indoor winter use where warm, cozy, traction-secure feet are the priority. Reading on the couch under a blanket, working from home in a chilly office, stepping out to the woodshed or the mailbox, après-ski in the lodge, and winter-morning coffee on the porch. The Merino comfort stays warm through every indoor winter moment without the sock-on-sock friction or the cold-floor shock a bare foot or a thin sock would deliver.
All-Winter Indoor Wear
This is the Merino comfort you'll be wearing all winter — the slipper-sock is engineered for all-winter daily use, not single-event wear. The chunky yarn loft, the gripper sole, the Merino warmth, and the multi-day odor resistance combine into a slipper-sock that's lived in from December through March, not pulled out for one specific use case.
Multi-Day Wear Between Washes
Merino's natural odor resistance means the same slipper-sock covers multiple indoor wear days between washes — the 62% Merino content and the natural lanolin in the wool fibers resist odor-causing bacteria across a work week of indoor lounging. Multi-day wear extends the fabric's lifespan (less washing = less fiber stress on the chunky yarn loft) and makes this a true winter-house staple rather than a single-wear item.

Materials & Construction

Fabric Composition
62% Merino Wool, 37% Recycled Nylon, 1% Elastane
Yarn Construction
Chunky sock yarn (lofted, plush, indoor-lounging weight)
Sole Treatment
Built-in grippers (silicone or rubber pattern, traction on hard floors)
Country of Origin
Made in the USA of Imported Yarn
Washing
Machine wash on gentle cycle in warm or cool water. Wash with like colors — the 62% Merino Wool blend benefits from isolated washing to protect the fabric's natural moisture-management and odor-resistant properties and the chunky yarn loft. Use a mild, technical wash; avoid fabric softeners (they coat the Merino fibers and reduce natural moisture management, and they can degrade the elastane's shape recovery and the gripper sole's adhesion over time).
Drying
Tumble dry low. The chunky yarn knit and the gripper sole tolerate low-heat tumble drying without distorting the sock's loft or damaging the gripper pattern. Low heat restores the loft of the Merino knit (critical for the chunky yarn's warmth and comfort) and the recovery of the elastane. Do not tumble dry on medium or high heat; high heat can shrink the Merino fibers, felt the chunky yarn, and damage the gripper sole's adhesion.
Bleach, Iron & Dry Cleaning
Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Bleach breaks down Merino wool fibers and degrades the gripper sole's adhesion. Ironing is unnecessary for a knit slipper-sock and high heat can scorch the Merino and damage the gripper pattern. The harsh solvents used in commercial dry cleaning strip the natural lanolin from Merino and degrade the gripper sole's adhesive.
Storage
Store folded in a dry, breathable space. Merino's natural odor resistance means the same slipper-sock covers multiple indoor wear days between washes, which extends the fabric's lifespan. Folded storage preserves the chunky yarn loft and the gripper sole's adhesion; balling or crumpling the slipper-sock for long periods can compress the loft and damage the gripper pattern.
