We know puffy jackets. We basically invented them. The Women's THERMOBALL™ Jacket is a modern update full of innovations that keep you warm from city to summit. An updated quilting pattern minimizes cold spots while all fabrics and fill are now 100% recycled because gear should be tougher on the cold — and easier on the planet.

Regular Fit
Regular fit through the body and sleeves — roomy enough to layer over a fleece or hoodie, with a clean line that works as a standalone piece too.
THERMOBALL™ Synthetic Insulation
Lightweight, compressible THERMOBALL™ insulation traps warmth in small air pockets that mimic down clusters — and keeps insulating even when wet, unlike down.
Wind-Resistant WINDWALL™ Shell
WINDWALL™ fabric blocks wind and breathes well enough to keep you from clamming up during active use — no sweating through the jacket on the approach.
Non-PFC DWR Finish
Durable water-repellent finish causes light precipitation to bead up and roll off the shell — sheds snow flurry, light rain, and trail spray.
100% Recycled Construction
Body fabric, lining, and insulation are all 100% recycled — the shell and lining use recycled polyester, and the THERMOBALL™ fill is made from post-consumer recycled polyester.
Circular Design
Thoughtfully designed to be disassembled and recycled back into raw materials for a second generation of products when the jacket is worn out.
VISLON® Center Front Zip
Open-end VISLON® center front zip with an internal draft flap and chin guard — easier to operate with cold hands than a regular coil zip, and the draft flap keeps cold air from sneaking in behind the teeth.
Stows in Hand Pocket
Packs down into its own right hand pocket for easy stashing in a pack, duffel, or car — packable insulation for travel and emergency backup.
Secure-Zip Hand Pockets
Two secure-zip hand pockets warm fingers and keep essentials from bouncing out on the move.
Encased-Elastic Cuffs + Cinch Hem
Concealed encased-elastic cuffs seal in warmth without the bulk of velcro, and a cinch-cord hem with a cord lock on each side lets you dial in the fit at the waist.
Embroidered Logos
Embroidered logo on the left chest and back-right shoulder — low-profile finish that won't peel or crack like a heat transfer.

Cleaning
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild, technical-fabric or down-friendly detergent. Do not bleach and skip the fabric softener — it coats the THERMOBALL™ fibers and kills loft and warmth.
Drying
Tumble dry low with two or three clean tennis balls or dryer balls. The balls break up clumps in the insulation and restore the jacket's full loft. Expect a longer dry cycle than the wash cycle.
Storage
Store loosely hung or folded in a cool, dry place. Avoid long-term compression in a stuff sack — it can damage loft and reduce insulating performance.
Zipper Care
Zip up the center front and pocket zippers before washing to protect the teeth. Keep the chin guard clean — oils and grime degrade the fabric over time.
DWR Refresh
If the shell stops beading water, refresh the DWR finish with a spray-on treatment designed for technical shells. Apply to a clean, dry jacket and tumble dry low to set the finish.

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 1–4 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 1–3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
