Cleaning
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Use a mild, activewear-friendly detergent. Do not bleach, and skip the fabric softener — it coats the FLASHDRY™ fibers and breaks down the anti-odor treatment.
Drying
Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. High heat breaks down the elastane over time and shortens the life of the garment.
Storage
Fold and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid stuffing into a packed bag for long stretches — the stretch fibers recover best when not under constant compression.
Wash Bag Recommendation
Use a mesh laundry bag for machine washing — keeps the straps and woven logo from snagging on zippers, hooks, or coarser fabrics in the same load.
Avoid
Don't iron. Don't dry clean. The heat and solvents can damage the elastane, anti-odor finish, and FLASHDRY™ treatment.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 1–3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
