The Men's Wander Shorts are built with added stretch and featured for performance. When you're looking for mobility and comfort on the trail, these sweat-wicking and water-repellent shorts should be your first choice. Recycled stretch fabric pulls moisture off the skin, sheds trail spray and surprise showers, and moves with you on the steep sections — built for the days when the trail keeps changing and the weather doesn't quite commit.

Recycled Stretch Fabric
Body fabric is made with recycled materials blended with elastane for two-way stretch — keeps plastic out of the landfill and gives the shorts the give you need for high steps, deep squats, and sitting on a log for lunch without the fabric pulling at the seat or thighs.
Sweat-Wicking Moisture Management
Engineered to move moisture off the skin and dry fast — keeps the shorts from staying damp through long climbs, humid valleys, and post-trail beers on the porch. The fabric pulls sweat away from the body where it can evaporate instead of soaking in.
Non-PFC DWR Finish
Durable water-repellent finish causes light rain, trail spray from a creek crossing, and morning dew to bead up and roll off the surface — keeps you dry when the weather can't decide. Non-PFC, so no perfluorinated chemicals in the finish.
Standard Fit
Standard fit through the hip and thigh — relaxed enough to layer over a baselayer or a pair of tights, trim enough to not catch on branches or get in the way of a knee pad or trekking pole strap.
Stretch Waistband with Internal Drawcord
Stretch waistband with an internal drawcord — dials in the fit at the waist without the bulk of belt loops or a separate belt. The stretch lets the shorts move with you instead of binding at the hips when you reach for a high step.
Hand Pockets
Open hand pockets at the front — sized for a phone, a trail map, or the keys to the car at the trailhead. Deep enough to keep contents from falling out when you sit down or kneel.
Secure-Zip Back Pocket
A secure-zip pocket on the back right — the safe spot for a credit card, ID, or a couple of folded bills for the post-hike stop. Stays closed when you're sitting, scrambling, or rolling around on the ground to take a photo.
Zip Cargo Pocket on Thigh
A zip cargo pocket on the right thigh — sized for a phone, a small camera, a multi-tool, or a packet of energy chews. Keeps the contents accessible without breaking the clean front line of the shorts.
Gusseted Crotch
Gusseted crotch gives the shorts full range of motion for high steps, deep lunges, and the kind of awkward scramble a trail always seems to throw at you — no pulling at the seat, no riding up the thigh, no compromise on coverage.

Machine Wash Cold
Machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent — no bleach, no fabric softener. Wash with similar synthetics to prevent pilling. Zip all zippers and close all pockets before washing. The softener can coat the DWR finish and reduce its water-repellency.
Tumble Dry Low
Tumble dry on low heat. Remove promptly to minimize wrinkles. Do not iron or dry clean. High heat degrades the elastane stretch and the DWR finish.
Restore DWR
When the shorts start to absorb water instead of repelling it, re-treat with a spray-on DWR designed for technical outerwear. Reactivating the finish every 6-12 months keeps the shorts performing like new and extends their useful life on the trail.
Storage
Store hanging or loosely folded in a cool, dry place. Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. Avoid compressing for long-term storage — extended compression can weaken the elastane stretch and the DWR finish over time.
Stain Treatment
Pre-treat mud, grass, and grease stains with a drop of mild detergent or a technical wash product before washing. The recycled stretch fabric releases most stains easily when treated promptly and washed in cool water.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
