Engineered to make active layering easy, the Acodo Insulated Jacket is the perfect all-season insulation piece. Made with synthetic insulation at the core and a water-resistant yet breathable recycled shell, this packable piece is one you'll always want to bring along on trail.

PrimaLoft® Gold P.U.R.E.™ Insulation

Premium synthetic insulation (80 gsm) that mimics down's loft and warmth without losing performance when wet. The "P.U.R.E." technology removes excess adhesives for higher warmth-to-weight and better compressibility.

Recycled Nylon Ripstop Shell + C0 DWR

37 gsm recycled nylon ripstop with a C0 DWR finish — water-resistant yet breathable, lightweight enough to wear as an active mid-layer or standalone piece in dry cold.

Movement-Ready Construction

Side panel construction, 2-piece sleeves, and adjustable hem with bungee + cordlock work together for unrestricted range of motion — built for trail running, hiking, and high-output activity.

Packable Into Interior Pocket

Stuff the whole jacket into its own interior pocket for trail-head storage and pack travel — lighter weight than the hooded version since the hood is gone.

Collar-Only Design (No Hood)

Collar-only design without a hood — pairs cleanly under a shell jacket or beanie for full-system cold-weather layering. Lighter and more packable than the hooded version.

3 Secure Zip Pockets

One chest pocket plus two secure-zip hand pockets keep phone, keys, and trail snacks accessible without bouncing.

True to size. Note: based on the hooded version's reviews, some curvier customers report the cut runs narrow at the chest and hips — consider sizing up if between sizes or preferring a roomier fit.

Washing

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild technical-wash detergent (Nikwax Tech Wash or similar). Close all zippers before washing. Skip fabric softener — it coats the PrimaLoft fibers and reduces loft.

Drying

Tumble dry low with 2-3 clean tennis balls or dryer balls — restores PrimaLoft loft. Air drying is OK but reduces long-term insulation performance.

Reproofing

When water stops beading on the shell, refresh the C0 DWR finish with a PFAS-free spray-on or wash-in treatment to restore water resistance.

Bleach

Do not bleach.

Ironing

Do not iron — heat damages the shell face fabric and PrimaLoft insulation.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 3-10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
