A fleece fit for movement, the Otero Hooded Jacket features a fitted silhouette, a recycled polyester blend, a raised grid back for more warmth and breathability, and concealed zippers. This technical fleece is great for cool weather hikes or other adventures.

Grid Back Fleece

Raised grid texture on the inside traps warm air while channeling moisture away from the body — technical fleece construction for active warmth.

Scuba Hood

Close-fitting scuba hood wraps the head for a secure, no-bounce fit — stays in place under a shell hood or on its own in the wind.

Zippered Patch Chest Pocket

Secure chest pocket stashes a phone, key, or transit card — positioned for quick access without bouncing.

Concealed Zipper Hand Pockets

Hand pockets hide behind clean fabric panels — concealed zippers keep the silhouette streamlined and pockets snag-free.

Offset Underarm Seams

Seams shifted away from the underarm pit — no chafing or rubbing on long days with a pack, raised arms, or aggressive layering.

Thumbholes in Sleeves

Built-in thumbholes lock sleeves in place for layering — pull a shell on top without bunching, keep wrists covered on cold hikes.

Slim fit

Washing

Machine wash cold with like colors. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners or bleach — they degrade the grid back fleece performance.

Drying

Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Remove promptly to minimize pilling and keep the grid texture lofty.

Bleach

Do not bleach.

Ironing

Do not iron — direct heat can scorch the spandex fibers and flatten the grid texture.

Storage

Store folded in a dry place. Hanging long-term can stretch out the slim-fit shoulders.
