Spot Cleaning

Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap for everyday marks. The anti-pilling finish cleans up easily.

Washing

Hand wash cold if needed. Avoid machine washing to protect the adjustable strap and back clip hardware.

Drying

Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight. Reshape the flat bill by hand while damp if needed.

Bleach

Do not bleach.

Ironing

Do not iron — heat can damage the anti-pilling finish.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 3-10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
